The Lightless Prophecy
A galaxy-spanning adventure of magic and gods, love and betrayal, and a quest to find out what holds the stars together in the dark.
When 17-year-old chocoholic Gabby Whitehall stumbles upon a conspiracy to hide magic and the superhuman potential it offers, she has no idea she’s become tangled in a plot to change the universe. But the truth about magic is hidden in layers of deception and lost prophecy, and unravelling the secrets she needs to save everyone she loves will come at a cost.
The Lightless Prophecy has six main books planned! The series starts as YA contemporary fantasy with sci-fi vibes and somewhere around books 3-4 morphs into magical space opera.
It’s important to read the main books in order. The companion stories can be read whenever you like (or not at all), but here’s my suggested reading order:

But it comes at a cost, and now Gabby’s faced with a decision that makes choosing a university as easy as choosing a favourite kind of cake… and how is anyone meant to do that?

Book 2: Everfire
A storm gathers over Darkhaven.
Gabby has made her choice. Now she must face the consequences. With her family in disarray and Darkhaven still reeling from the attack, that would be hard enough, but the Netica Project is more sinister than anyone thought.
Worse, Liam, Gabby’s only real friend at Darkhaven, isn’t recovering from the attack. The Taskforce are still conducting their grisly experiments, Luci has vanished, and with a host of new Eventers prompting Donovan to start a training school, Darkhaven is stretched thin.
Luci has the answers, but can Gabby find her in time to save her friend?

Book 3: Memory Weave
Burning. Running. Wishing.
Memories. Donovan is drowning in them. Keraun is running from them. And Gabby wishes she could find them, because without past life memories, magic doesn’t work.
After discovering that there’s something deeply wrong with the world and how humans access their memories, Gabby, Keraun and the Darkhaven team try to uncover what’s holding humans back – and how it’s connected to the Netica Project.
But facing their pasts is something none of them are prepared for.

Memory Weave is a novel written in multiple points of view, with Gabby in first person and other main characters (including Keraun!) in third. It’s important to read Everfire before Memory Weave.
