Please note books are printed on demand. Paperbacks take a few days for printing, hardcovers several weeks, then a week or two to get to me for signing, then allow another week or two to ship to you. I have it on good authority that the god of parcel delivery enjoys cheese and nights at the opera, but offerings may or may not have a desirable effect.
